Women all possess this ability to inspire--not just others, but ourselves. Our own Inner Muse lives within each of us. She is active & alive; Her energy touches all that we create. Class project: Create a doll that embodies energies/attributes of our Inner Muse. Bring: Something for the body of the doll (ex: driftwood, cardboard, interesting bottle; whatever inspires. Also, fabric to embellish...plus feathers, beads, nature objects...let your Muse guide your choices.) Wear comfy clothes. Once mandalas are completed, we interpret our creations to understand how it supports each of us in this time. Dress comfortably. The "painting" is a group creation. Bring: Something personal to add to this "Energy Painting" that gives you a sense of well-being, empowerment and/or signifies someone or something ver important in your life (objects such as sacred stones, feathers, shells, photos or jewelry). These items will be returned to you.
